Spoke Safety becomes part of the portfolio of Brembo Ventures, further strengthening the Brembo Group's expertise in software and cloud connectivity.
Brembo, the global leader in braking systems, has acquired a stake in Spoke Safety to invest in advanced mobile connectivity solutions. Spoke Safety is an American startup focused on developing digital communication technologies between vehicles and the road ecosystem.
The investment will continue to strengthen Brembo's expertise in software and cloud connectivity, drive digital innovation in its solutions, and improve the ability of brake systems to communicate with other connected elements in the surrounding environment.

Brembo has launched a partnership with Spoke Safety that began with the Brembo Inspiration Lab in Silicon Valley, one of the goals of which is to find the right innovative startups to help Brembo's iterations in software and artificial intelligence.
Spoke Safety was founded in Denver, Colorado in 2020. Its solutions are based on Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology, which connects vehicles, road users, including cyclists, and smart city infrastructure such as traffic lights in real time to enhance the driving experience and promote road safety.
Today,Spoke Safety is part of Brembo Ventures' portfolio. Brembo Ventures, the venture capital arm of Brembo, invests in global technology startups to support Brembo's innovative practices and accelerate the development of new mobility solutions for the future.
